- Paul integrated his extensive Wrestling, Olympic Weightlifting and Strength coaching experience to develop ETW.
- ETW is a functional training program designed specifically for Wrestlers. ETW incorporates Olympic Weightlifting in an advanced training protocol to ensure Wrestlers develop maximum power and explosiveness that translates directly to improved performance on the mat.
